The purpose of the Diabetes Support Group is to create a climate of support and education that will assist attendees’ efforts with their diabetes care, and/or their friends or family members.
Each meeting covers a topic concerning how diabetes affects a person and how they can cope with the disease.
The sessions are FREE to the public, and no reservations are required.

March 6th – Dental Care with Diabetes by Ryan Kohlmeier DDS – Cora Miller Hall, Begins at 6 PM
June 5th – Loosing Weight and Controlling Blood Sugar through the use of GLP (glucagon-like peptide-1) drugs and other medications. Conducted in Cora Miller Hall, Begins at 6 PM
September 4th – Smart Choices When Eating Out – by Wilma Malone, Registered Dietitian – Cora Miller Hall, Begins at 6 PM
November 4th – Holiday Recipes Taste Testing – Sara Patterson, RD, LD, CDCES – HELD IN THE CAFETERIA CONFERENCE ROOM, Visitor Entrance F, Begins at 6 PM
